Glory Daze get terrible reviews, and it’s mostly known for giving the extra push to minor characters needed to start their careers.

Although Ben was one of the main characters, Matt’s minor non-speaking role helped him prepare for bigger films ahead.

The pair also reunited with School Ties co-star Brendan Fraser, and audiences got a hint of up-and-coming star Matthew McConaughey.

“Honestly, the only way Jack’s (the character Affleck plays) hair could be any more annoyingly, punch-worthy distracting would be if his sideburns were also shaved into a Nike swoosh,” a critic said 10 years after the film’s release.
