ON HER CHARACTER, BETH:

She is probably the coolest character I’ve ever played. I really liked that they wanted to make her sort of like a rough around the edges kind of girl. I think sometimes in these movies it’s more that the girl is sort of uptight and proper and then the man takes her on some wild adventure.

It’s sort of the opposite where she is this very adventurous, works on a boat with her dad, and is just a rough and tumble kind of girl, which I liked. Then, it’s Tyler’s character, Jake who introduces her to the glitz and the glam of Los Angeles.
