Matt Damon & Casey Affleck Make a Run For It on Set of Their New Movie 'The Instigators'

Matt Damon and Casey Affleck ham it up for the camera while filming a scene for their new movie The Instigators on Friday (March 24) in Boston, Massachusetts.

The Oscar-winning actors commenced filming the new movie earlier this week, taking over a fire house for a day.

On Thursday, they appeared to be getting some stunt work in before making a run for it with a large bag on Matt‘s back. Both he and Casey were dressed in dark colors and wore hats.

Casey‘s character appears to have suffered an injury. His hands and face are spattered with blood, and he is clutching his stomach in one photo. You’ll also notice that a white t-shirt underneath his black jacket appears to be stained red, as though it was soaked in blood.

Doug Liman is directing the movie, which Casey co-wrote alongside Chuck MacLean. It will be produced by Matt and Casey‘s brother Ben Affleck.

The project appears to focus on Matt and Casey, who make a run for it after a failed robbery. They’ll appear alongside the likes of Hong Chau, Paul Walter Hauser and Michael Stuhlbarg.
