Barbz & Swifties Wonder if Taylor Swift & Nicki Minaj are Collaborating After Rapper Tweets 'Anti-Hero' Lyrics

Nicki Minaj has fans of both her and Taylor Swift wondering if the music stars are collaborating.

The 40-year-old Queen rapper sent the Barbz and Swifties into overdrive on Thursday night (March 24) when she tweeted something that very closely resembled the lyrics to Taylor‘s chart-topping hit “Anti-Hero.”

She drove the point home with a second tweet that featured a line-for-line reference to the song.

“I should not be left to my own vices,” Nicki wrote in her first tweet. It’s worth pointing out that the actual lyric ends with “devices” instead of “vices” in this case.

In her second tweet she referenced one of the most quotable lines from the song – “It must be exhausting always rooting for the Anti-hero.” The rapper even included a unicorn emoji at the end!

While some fans are taking the statement literally and sending Nicki some love, others are wondering if it’s a not-so-subtle hint that she hopped on a remix of Taylor‘s “Anti-Hero.” Those fans rushed to celebrate the possibility.

“You just resurrected my taynika shipper a-s,” one fan admitted. Taynicka being a combination of Taylor and Nicki‘s first name Onika.

Speaking of clever nicknames, one fan combined “Anti-Hero” and Onika to get “Antinika.”

“they come with prices and vices🫣 anti hero remix coming,” another asked.

“COLLAB WITH TAYLOR SWIFT WHEN,” someone demanded alongside a video of them at the 2015 MTV VMAs.

“I’m listening,” someone promised.

Other fans hoped that Nicki was joining Taylor on a song from a Reputation re-release.

“Now I have to smoke more weed because you got me all riled up, what are you two up to,” someone joked.

“could this possibly be… the collab Taylor x Nicki track I’ve always been waiting for,” yet another wanted to know.

“NICKI I AM YELLING SO LOUD RIGHT NOW,” another fan wrote.
