'The Way Home' Wraps Up with a Tear-Jerking Funeral in the Season Finale Tonight on Hallmark

The funeral everyone is dreading is coming on tonight’s season finale of The Way Home.

Like many fans, Kat (Chyler Leigh) and Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) are still reeling from the previous episodes events and lean on Elliot (Evan Williams) for support in this sneak peek of the episode, which airs on Hallmark Channel on Sunday, March 26 at 8 p.m.

Here’s the full summary: Kat and Alice travel back to 2000 together once again to attend Colton’s (Jefferson Brown) funeral; while Elliot tells Kat she should share with Alice the truth about her visits to the past.

Meanwhile, Del (Andie MacDowell) goes to the grief group and makes peace with her memory of Colton, and Kat has an epiphany that sheds new light on Jacob’s disappearance.
