'The White Lotus' Season 3 Location Revealed - Find Out Where the Cast is Likely to Travel After Season 2's Italian Getaway

The White Lotus is gearing up to take viewers to a new luxurious getaway when it returns for a third season.

The much-loved HBO series travels to a different locale each season, starting with Hawaii in Season 1. The second season took place at a White Lotus resort in Italy.

With a third season in the works, a new report is revealing where the cast will be headed.

According to Variety, Season 3 of The White Lotus is set to be filmed in Thailand!

The outlet noted that the first two seasons of the show were filmed at actual resorts owned by Four Seasons. The company owns four hotels in Thailand.

HBO did not return a request for comment from the outlet to confirm that they’re traveling to Thailand. However, there are a few signs that point to Thailand being a possibility.

Creator Mike White previously hinted at setting the season somewhere in Asia.

“The first season kind of highlighted money, and then the second season is sex,” he shared. “I think the third season would be maybe a satirical and funny look at death and Eastern religion and spirituality. It feels like it could be a rich tapestry to do another round at White Lotus.”

However, it’s not guaranteed that Thailand will be the ultimate destination.

Johnny Knoxville, who is friends with Mike, hinted that Tokyo might be the spot during an interview earlier this year.
