Sebastian Bear-McClard, Ex-Husband of Emily Ratajkowski, Accused of Sexual Misconduct by Multiple Women

Variety also spoke to more than a dozen sources familiar with his behavior, including two who were in the room when the 17-year-old girl shot the aforementioned scene.

The girl reportedly began having sex with the producer, still 17 at the time, and they allegedly had a consensual romantic relationship for more than two years. (The age of consent in New York is 17.)

On the set of Adam Sandler drama Uncut Gems, another woman – who was 18 at the time – claims she met the then-married producer during production, and that he began “grooming” her on Instagram.

She described an incident at the apartment Sebastian shared with Emily: “Sebastian and I started kissing. Things escalated and then, without asking for my consent, Sebastian inserted himself inside me without using a condom.”

According to her statement, he also called her derogatory words, framing it as a joke, tracked her through an app on her phone, and allegedly began sending messages on Instagram to a 15-year-old girl who had visited the set.

“Sebastian appeared pleased with himself and laughed at my comment. He did not deny my accusations,” she said in her statement about confronting him.

A third woman, who has worked at the intern and assistant level on several indie films, also provided a statement obtained by Variety. It does not cover workplace sexual misconduct, but claims he engaged in troubling behavior.

Multiple sources told Variety that Sebastian‘s contact with the 15-year-old girl, as well as his romantic involvement with yet another young woman on the Uncut Gems set, led to his being fired.
