Keanu Reeves Gave 'John Wick: Chapter 4' Stunt Performers An Odd Gift

Keanu Reeves wanted to show appreciation for the work the stunt performers did on John Wick: Chapter 4.

The 58-year-old actor made the film’s stunt performers T-shirts that had the number of times that they had died in the film, which for some of them was over 20.

One particular major action sequence involved over 35 stunt performers, with one performer getting taken out five or six times.

Although the stunts were extremely demanding, the performers walked away with only minor injuries. “Outside of some bumps and bruises, there were no concussions,” stunt coordinator Scott Rogers told the NYT.

John Wick: Chapter 4 was released on March 24 and brought in $73.5 million in its opening weekend.

Keanu did reveal that one time, he split open a man’s head, which happened while he was shooting a stunt scene for one of the franchise movies.

Keanu also just made some rare comments about his relationship with longtime girlfriend Alexandra Grant. They made their red carpet debut as a couple back in 2019.
