Jon Favreau has been playing since he was a kid.

He credits at least some of his creativity to his early days playing Dungeons & Dragons and told the Los Angeles Times in May 2008, “It gave me a really strong background in imagination, storytelling, (and) understanding how to create tone and a sense of balance.”
