The former couple, who share two children together, apparently act very much like husband and wife behind the scenes, according to a new source.

The insider spoke to OK! and revealed that Khloe and Tristan very much fit the husband and wife mold when behind closed doors, despite Khloe claiming she’s still not back together with the basketball star.

“Khloe says she’s single, but in private she acts like Tristan is her husband,” they shared with the outlet. “They do everything together.”

The source adds, “He is there for breakfast most mornings and lunches and around all day. Most evenings they do bedtimes and hang out together. If you go to the house, he’s always around.”

In addition, the insider also spoke about what the actual status of their relationship is, saying it’s “complicated.”

“They are not together — but they act like a couple, and neither are they free to be with other people, they say. “Tristan says the only thing he wants is for them to be together as a family.”

“Tristan is desperate for her forgiveness and for her to love him again,” they went on. “In the past, she’d forgive him, but now, keeping him hanging out seems to be the only way that Khloe can control him.”

During a recent appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, Khloe spoke about her current relationship status.
