'The Witcher' Season 3 Trailer & Debut Dates Revealed as Show Preps for Henry Cavill's Exit - Watch Now!

The first teaser trailer for The Witcher season three is finally here, and Netflix also revealed the debut date for parts one and two!

Season three sees the return of Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia, Anya Chalotra as Yennefer of Vengerberg, Freya Allan as Princess Cirilla “Ciri” of Cintra, and Joey Batey as Jaskier.

We didn’t realize this season would be split into two parts, with part one debuting on June 29 and the second half of the season debuting on July 27.

“When we wrote the season, we didn’t have batching in mind,” creator and showrunner Lauren Hissrich said about the split. “That said, for any fans who are familiar with The Time of Contempt novel, there’s an epic event that explodes the Continent as we know it–the lead-up to which provided a perfect cliff-hanger for us. We couldn’t have planned it better.”

This is also Henry Cavill‘s last season portraying Geralt. Liam Hemsworth will be taking over the role in season four. After the shocking news was announced, a source revealed the reason why Henry decided to exit the show.
