Doja Cat is freshly inked up, and she’s showing it off!

The 27-year-old “Say So” hitmaker took to social media to debut a massive tattoo on her back on Thursday night (May 4). She paired the reveal with a hint at what the tattoo means.

Doja‘s new tattoo is a skeletal bat that runs up her spine with its wings stretching out over her shoulders.

She shared several pics of the tattoo from different angles and also offered fans a hint at why she chose to place a giant bat on her back. She shared a screenshot of a story about bats and highlighted one section.

“Bats often represent death in the sense of letting go of the old, and bringing in the new. They are symbols of transition, of initiation, and the start of a new beginning,” it reads.

Her tattoo got plenty of love, including a response from Vanessa Hudgens, who commented “stunnnnn.”
