Khloe Kardashian Officially Reveals Her Son's Name in 'The Kardashians' Season Three Premiere!

We FINALLY know the name of Khloe Kardashian‘s son!

Nine months after his birth and tons of secrecy, the 38-year-old reality star officially revealed her baby boy’s name during the season three premiere of The Kardashians that was released at midnight on Thursday (May 25).

In the premiere, Khloe revealed that she named her son Tatum.

Khloe and ex Tristan Thompson welcomed baby Tatum via surrogate in July 2022.

Along with Tatum, Khloe and Tristan, 32, share 5-year-old daughter True.

“His name is Tatum. So Tatum and True,” Khloe shared in a confessional. “Naming a human is really hard.”

Also in the confessional, Khloe admitted that she had some trouble at first registering that she was having a second child amid Tristan‘s latest cheating scandal.

“I definitely buried my head in the sand during that pregnancy, that I didn’t digest what was happening,” Khloe explained. “I think when I went to the hospital, I think that was the first time that it really registered. I think it has nothing to do with the baby.”

Khloe then went on to share that she also struggled with having her son via surrogate.

“I definitely was in a state of shock from my entire experience in general,” Khloe said of her time in the hospital after welcoming her son. “I felt really guilty that this woman just had my baby and then I take the baby and I go to another room and you’re just sort of separated. I felt it’s such a transactional experience… I wish someone was honest about surrogacy and the difference of it. But it doesn’t mean it’s bad or good. It’s just different.”

Khloe recently addressed rumors that she and Tristan are back together.
