Khloe Kardashian Denies Former Assistant's Claims, Files Court Docs

Khloe Kardashian is hitting back.

The 38-year-old The Kardashians star was sued by her former assistant for unlawful termination, which she’s denying in new paperwork.

According to court papers obtained by Us Weekly, Khloe filed a case management statement in the Superior Court of California.

“Defendant also alleges claims based on his alleged termination of employment. Defendants deny all claims and allegations,” her statement reads, noting she is willing to undergo mediation to settle the case.

Both parties have agreed to a 30-day extension, and Khloe now has more time to respond to the initial complaint, until June 26.

If you didn’t know, Matthew Manhard sued her for allegedly firing him when he returned to work after being impacted by a knee injury. He claims Khloe gave him too many tasks that interfered with his ability to take legally required breaks, and did not pay him overtime despite working more than 12-hour days.
