Matt Rife Responds to Ticket Price Complaints, Warns Fans Only to Buy Official Tickets for His Comedy Tour

Matt Rife is responding to fans complaining about ticket prices for his upcoming comedy tour and he’s warning fans to only buy tickets from the official source.

It seems some fans are landing on scalper websites and seeing tickets go for hundreds and hundreds or even thousands of dollars. These are NOT the official ticket prices for the tour.

Presales for the tour began today (June 6) and some dates are already selling quickly. Multiple shows have already been added due to demand, including in New York City and Nashville.

“To everyone who keeps commenting about prices: this the last time Imma say this,” Matt said in an Instagram post.

He continued, “If you see my tickets for HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS or THOUSANDS of dollars. They are not from me. Those are resellers. Period. DO NOT BUY THEM. If they were from me, don’t you think I’d want you to buy? I fought HARD to keep tickets affordable and easy. There is only so much i can control and if you think you know better than I or wanna be disrespectful about it, then do not come. No entitled dickheads allowed. I’m trying hard to help everyone. Absolutely no one is forcing you to come. But if you wanna come and laugh and have the best night, then I’m so excited to spend time with you! ❤️”

Check out the full list of dates for the tour, which has more than 100 shows!
