‘Baywatch’ Reboot Casting Updates: 2 OG Actors Reprise Roles & 14 Actors Join the Cast

Erika Eleniak – RETURNING

Erika Eleniak has been announced to reprise her role as Shauni McClain from the original series. She previously portrayed the character in the first three seasons of the OG Baywatch.

“A former Baywatch lifeguard, Shauni is now a Santa Monica city councilwoman who returns to the beach to help Hobie Buchannon (Stephen Amell) kick off the annual “Beach Games” between reigning champions of Baywatch versus the Coast Guard,” Variety reports.

David Chokachi – RETURNING

David Chokachi will be reprising his role as Cody Madison in a recurring role!

He first joined the OG series’ cast in season six in his first acting role.

“Cody runs The Shoreline, the unofficially official Baywatch bar-and-grill, and still puts on the red trunks for the occasional shift saving lives. He’s a mentor to and a friend, providing a second home for his fellow lifeguards… and always offering free wings after a big save,” according to THR.
