Ewan McGregor and Don Cheadle hit the red carpet at the premiere of their film Miles Ahead held during the 2016 Sundance Film Festival on Friday (January 22) at the Marc Theatre in Park City, Utah.

The guys were joined by their co-stars Emayatzy Corinealdi and Keith Stanfield for the event.

Just the day before, Ewan joined ​​festival director Tiziana Rocca at the TaorminaFilmFest in Los Angeles.

Don recently discussed how Ewan was the reason the movie was able to get made.

“Only if I got a white actor to be in it some way,” Don said when asked if the film could have been made sooner. “And that’s the reality. That’s when the money got triggered, is when we cast Ewan McGregor. They would have said, ‘That’s great, I love the whole idea and the Miles music, now where’s the white guy?’ (laughs) That’s what the question continued to be.”

Austin Butler buddies up with his Yoga Hosers co-star Tyler Posey at the Kia Supper Suite by The Church Key festival premiere party on Monday (January 25) in Park City, Utah.

The 24-year-old actors play Canadian high school students alongside Johnny Depp’s daughter Lily-Rose Depp in the movie, and they have the accents to match.

Nate Parker and Gabrielle Union hit the red carpet at the premiere of their film The Birth of a Nation held during the 2016 Sundance Film Festival on Monday (January 25) at the Eccles Center Theatre in Park City, Utah.

The actors were joined at the event by their co-stars Armie Hammer (with wife Elizabeth Chambers), Aja Naomi King, Colman Domingo, and Penelope Ann Miller, as well as singer Maxwell.

Nate wrote, directed, and produced the film in addition to starring in it and he has broken the record for the biggest sale in Sundance history. The movie sold to Fox Searchlight for $17.5 million and the film received a thunderous standing ovation at the premiere, according to Variety. Oscar buzz has already started!

Chad Michael Murray and his Outlaws & Angels co-star Francesca Eastwood arrive at the film’s worldwide premiere at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival on Monday (January 25) in Park City, Utah.

The 34-year-old actor and his wife Sarah Roemer unfortunately lost their luggage on their flight to the event, and it still hasn’t been found.

“The idea of doing 50 interviews going commando tomorrow is becoming reality… @SouthwestAir #WannaGetAway,” Chad tweeted.

Jena Malone is glowing as she arrives at the premiere of her new movie Lovesong held during the 2016 Sundance Film Festival at Eccles Center Theatre on Monday (January 25) in Park City, UT.

The 31-year-old pregnant actress posed for photos with her co-stars Riley Keough and Brooklyn Decker.

Here’s the film’s synopsis: Sarah (Keough), a young mother, raises her precocious daughter in their country home while feeling abandoned by her husband, who perpetually travels for work.

When Sarah’s old friend Mindy (Malone) comes to visit, they decide to take a road trip, and after an alcohol-infused heart-to-heart, a long unspoken intimacy emerges between the longtime friends.

Logan Lerman and Sarah Gadon hit up the Indignation cocktail party in the Stella Artois Filmmaker Lounge during the 2016 Sundance Film Festival on Sunday (January 24) in Park City, Utah.

The pair was joined by co-stars Tracy Letts, Ben Rosenfield, Pico Alexander, and Philip Ettinger, and writer/director James Schamus.

It was just announced that Lionsgate’s Summit Entertainment bought the rights to the film for $2.5 million after the big Sundance debut, Variety reports.

James is the former CEO of Focus Features and this is his directorial debut.
