It turns out Ed Sheeran and Katy Perry are big fans of each other.

She was doing an interview with BBC Radio 1 interview when she saw Ed walk by the studio and joked about “Shape of You” beating “Chained to the Rhythm” on the charts.

“Thanks, babes, for keeping me off the No. 1 spot, thanks,” Katy yelled, giving him the middle finger. “Oh, you’re so approachable, oh, you’re everybody’s best friend. Oh, great.”

Ed then came inside and reminisced about the first time he met her.

“The first time I ever met Katy, I played a gig in Toronto and I was sweating so bad and then I saw Katy on the side of the stage and I was like, ‘Oh, God. Katy Perry‘s here! This is really embarrassing. I’m really sweaty,’” Ed said. “I walked up to her and she was like, ‘Hi. I would hug you, but ew.’”

Katy said, “Now that you’re Ed Sheeran, it’s like, ‘Put your ball sack on me!’ It’s like, ‘All of it!’”

Katy Perry switched up her look for a 2017 BRIT Awards after-party!

The 32-year-old entertainer stepped out in a red floral number for the Universal Music Bash at The O2 Arena on Wednesday (February 22) in London, England.

Also in attendance were Ellie Goulding, Nicole Scherzinger, Emeli Sande, Pixie Lott, and Jedward.

“🥀I never promised you a rose garden🥀 @adamselman,” Katy captioned a gorgeous Instagram photo in her gown.

Bruno Mars rocks out on stage during the 2017 Brit Awards!

The 31-entertainer performed his hit song “That’s What I Like” during the awards show on Wednesday night (February 22) at the O2 Arena in London, England.

Bruno showed off his dancing skills during his performance as he got the audience up on their feet to dance along.

That wasn’t supposed to happen!

During Katy Perry‘s performance during the 2017 Brit Awards, one of her dancers fell off the stage into the audience.

For the performance of her new song “Chained to the Rhythm,” the 32-year-old entertainer had her back up dancers wearing giant cutouts of houses and unfortunately one of the dancers didn’t realize how close they were to the edge and fell into the audience – house and all.

From the video below uploaded on Twitter, you can see the house fall off the stage and several people run over to them to help.

David Bowie took home a major award at the 2017 Brit Awards and Michael C. Hall accepted it on his behalf!

When the late performer won Best Male Solo Artist, Michael, who played Lazarus in the Broadway adaptation of David‘s film The Man Who Fell to Earth, took to the stage to accept the honor.

“If David Bowie could be here tonight, he probably wouldn’t be here,” he joked, later adding, “His daring artistic vitality soothes, sears and astounds us. His kindness, generosity and enthusiasm inspire me to be a better man.”

The award show was also attended by Maisie Williams, Louisa Johnson, Zara Larsson, David Tennant, Simon Cowell and Naomi Campbell.

Big congrats to One Direction on their big win at the 2017 Brit Awards!

Liam Payne was on hand to accept the award, which was presented by the groups’ record head Simon Cowell.

Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles and Niall Horan also wrote thank yous to their fans after hearing of the win.

“Oh my days…time and time again you guys do it for us. Payno love ya bro,” Niall posted on Twitter after he heard of the win.

Liam added, “Wow this is incredible we really are the greatest team the world has ever seen… when history becomes your future…But seriously tho thank you again everybody I’m gobsmacked once again.”

“Thank you so much to everyone that voted for the BRIT award tonight, your support is unbelievable. Always has been. Thank you, Love you,” Harry tweeted.

The 2017 Brit Awards just wrapped up and the full winners list has been revealed!

There were some really big winners throughout the night including Beyonce and Drake, who both won in their respective International Artist category!
