The 40-year-old entertainer and father to seven bowed down to Ashanti on the red carpet at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night (September 12) at the Barclays Center in New York City.

The moment happened just as the two met up on the step and repeat, moments before she had to head inside to present an award.

However, this moment wasn’t the biggest thing to happen on the red carpet – there was almost a fight!

The 35-year-old singer and mom of three wore a see through lace dress with a sexy cutout and thigh slit for the show, where she’ll be presenting at later in the night.

Olivia Rodrigo rocked out on stage during her performance at the VMAs!

The 18-year-old singer performed her hit single “Good 4 U” at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night (September 12) at the Barclays Center in New York City.

Moments after her performance, Olivia was presented with the first award of the ceremony. Jennifer Lopez appeared to present her with the Song of the Year award for “Driver’s License.”

Jennifer Lopez skipped the red carpet, but she showed off a super sexy look on stage at the VMAs!

The 52-year-old entertainer appeared at the event to perform the first award of the night at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night (September 12) at the Barclays Center in New York City.

Jennifer presented the award for Song of the Year to Olivia Rodrigo for “Driver’s License.” While on stage, she mentioned how nice it was to be in her hometown!

Two days earlier, Jennifer was in Venice where she made her red carpet debut with on-again boyfriend Ben Affleck, 18 years after they last walked a carpet together during their first time as a couple. You’ve gotta see which one of his exes commented on the photos!

Normani is hitting the red carpet!

The 25-year-old “Wild Side” superstar was spotted arriving at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night (September 12) at the Barclays Center in New York City.

She stepped out in a matching white set that featured cropped jacket with dramatic cuffs and a popped collar.

It was announced that Normani would be performing at the show earlier this week after fans campaigned for the award show to add her to the lineup.

She previously performed her hit single “Motivation” at the show in 2019, where she took home the award for Best R&B.
