Jennifer Lopez will be performing in the middle of Times Square right before the stroke of midnight on New Year’s Eve and one of the songs she will do is her new single “In the Morning.”

The song was released on the night of Thanksgiving just one month ago.

“If you love me / Say it in the morning / Not just in the evening / Only when you want my body / Want my body,” she sings in the song’s chorus.

It’s not clear if this is just a stand-alone single or if the song will be featured on the upcoming soundtrack for Jen‘s movie Marry Me, which hits theaters next year.

Jennifer recently released the songs “Pa Ti” and “Lonely” from the soundtrack. She and co-star Maluma performed the songs with a super sexy performance on the 2020 American Music Awards this past weekend.

It’s annual tradition to watch the ball drop live from Times Square in Midtown Manhattan at midnight on New Year’s Eve, and we have the live video for you to watch and stream!

This may look different this year live from the heart of Manhattan. Crowds will be unable to gather as usual due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Times Square will actually be closed to the public on New Year’s Eve this year due to the rise in cases of COVID-19.

The six hour celebration will kick off tonight at 6pm ET and continue through midnight when the ball drops. Mean Girls‘ Jonathan Bennett will return as the host for this telecast this year. Be sure to tune in!

Maluma is helping to ring in the New Year.

The 26-year-old Papi Juancho superstar is going to perform on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2021 from the show’s Hollywood Party, Extra confirmed on Wednesday (December 23).

The celebration will officially kick off at 8 p.m. ET on December 31, and Ryan Seacrest will host from Times Square with help from Lucy Hale and Billy Porter. Ciara will host from the L.A. location.

The night’s big performers also include Billy Porter, Cyndi Lauper and Jimmie Allen.

The “Waiting for Tonight” superstar will be the headlining performer during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2021 this New Year’s Eve, ABC announced Tuesday (December 15).

Jennifer will be joined by additional performers Billy Porter, Cyndi Lauper and Jimmie Allen.

There will be more than five and a half hours of performances airing until 2 a.m. EST. Ryan will be joined by Lucy Hale and Billy Porter in Times Square. Ciara will once again oversee the Los Angeles celebration. Additional details around performers in other locations will be announced in the coming weeks.
