Rachel Zegler and Ariana DeBose are winners!
The two actresses took home awards for their roles in West Side Story at the 2022 Golden Globes on Sunday (January 9).
Rachel, 20, won the award for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy while Ariana, 30, won Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture.
After their wins were announced, Rachel and Ariana both took to social media to celebrate.

The 2022 Golden Globes have concluded.
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association hosted their annual awards event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday night (January 9) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Ahead of this year’s ceremony, it was announced that no celebrities would be participating in the event, nor would any stars be in attendance.
However, one star did make a virtual appearance during the ceremony.

The 31-year-old actress made history becoming the first trans woman to ever win a Golden Globe Award on Sunday (January 9), winning the award for Best Actress in a Drama Series for her role in Pose.
After her win was announced, MJ took to social media to celebrate her victory.

The winners of the 2022 Golden Globes have been announced!
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association hosted their annual awards event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday night (January 9) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
If you don’t remember, it was originally believed that the HFPA would be skipping 2022 for the annual awards show amid the controversy surrounding the organization’s lack of diversity. However, the organization decided to go through with their event, but things were different.
This year’s awards ceremony was a private event, with no nominees, celebrities, or press in attendance.
The event also wasn’t livestreamed and the winners were all announced on the Golden Globes‘ Twitter account.
