Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is Black Adam, and the film is finally here.

The DC Universe anti-hero film also stars Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Quintessa Swindell, Bodhi Sabongui, and Pierce Brosnan.

Here’s a synopsis of the film: Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods— and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.

The film is set to be released in theaters on October 21, and critics and audiences are weighing in on the movie.

It’s a big day of international press for the stars of Black Adam!

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Pierce Brosnan, Noah Centineo, Quintessa Swindell, Sarah Shahi and Aldis Hodge posed for photos during the UK photo call for the film, held at the The Corinthia Hotel on Monday (October 17) in London, England.

The film hits theaters in the USA this Friday (October 21). Be sure to check it out!

Dwayne Johnson is in Canada promoting his new DC Comics movie!

The 50-year-old actor stepped out for the Black Adam Rocks Canada fan event on Thursday (October 13) at The Rec Room in Toronto, Canada.

During the event, Dwayne chatted with fans and answered some questions about his upcoming movie.

While Dwayne was in Canada, his co-stars Aldis Hodge and Sarah Shahi attended a fan screening of Black Adam at the Regal Atlantic Station in Atlanta, Georgia.

The night before, Dwayne, Aldis, and Sarah joined their fellow cast members at the Black Adam premiere in New York City.

In a recent interview, Dwayne shared his goals for Black Adam – and they involve this superhero.

Dwayne Johnson is hitting the red carpet for the premiere of his new movie!

The 50-year-old entertainer rocked a bright red suit for the premiere of his DC Comics movie Black Adam on Wednesday evening (October 12) at AMC Empire 25 in New York City.

Joining Dwayne at the premiere were his co-stars Pierce Brosnan, Sarah Shahi, Noah Centineo, Aldis Hodge, Mo Amer, Marwan Kenzar, and Quintessa Swindell.

Here’s the movie’s synopsis: In ancient Kahndaq, Teth Adam was bestowed the almighty powers of the gods. After using these powers for vengeance, he was imprisoned, becoming Black Adam (Johnson). Nearly 5,000 years have passed and Black Adam has gone from man, to myth, to legend. Now released, his unique form of justice, born out of rage, is challenged by modern day heroes who form the Justice Society: Hawkman (Hodge), Dr. Fate (Brosnan), Atom Smasher (Centineo) and Cyclone (Swindell).

The stars of Black Adam are stepping out to promote their upcoming superhero flick!

Dwayne Johnson was all smiles as he attended the Black Adam Photo Call on Thursday afternoon (October 6) the SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills in Los Angeles.

Dwayne Johnson‘s upcoming superhero movie Black Adam is hitting theaters next month and the new trailer has been released!

The trailer dropped during NBC’s Thursday Night Football debut on Thursday (September 8) and you can watch it right here.
