Pierpaolo Piccioli is out at Valentino, and Alessandro Michele is in.

The fashion house confirmed earlier in the week that the 56-year-old creative director of the brand exited this week after 25 years with the company.

His last fall 2024 collection was shown during Paris Fashion Week. Valentino said it would not participate in menswear and couture week showings in June amid the news of the transition.

Pierpaolo was named sole creative director of Valentino in July 2016, following the departure of Maria Grazia Chiuri to join Dior.

Dakota Johnson is enjoying a day out with a longtime friend.

The 34-year-old Madame Web actress headed to lunch with Gucci‘s former Creative Director Alessandro Michele on Monday afternoon (March 25) in Rome, Italy.

For their outing, Dakota wore a brown plaid coat with black pants and red shoes while Alessandro, 51, sported a plaid shirt, red pants, and a baseball hat.

Jared Leto had the support of his celeb friends while celebrating the launch of his new wellness company Twentynine Palms.

The Oscar-winning actor and his co-founder Jonathan Keren hosted an intimate celebrate at Chateau Marmont’s Penthouse 64 on Friday night (November 4) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The party was attended by Sofia Boutella, former Famous in Love co-stars Bella Thorne and Georgie Flores, models Sara Sampaio and Jasmine Tookes, Imagine Dragons singer Dan Reynolds, actress Maika Monroe, Moonlight actor Ashton Sanders, Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele, and more.

Inspired by the area’s hallucinogenic beauty, Twentynine Palms draws its name from the city best known as the gateway to Joshua Tree National Park. The initial product range comprises formulations for the body, hair, and skin, along with a limited-edition scarf featuring artwork by Douglas Mandry. New categories—including personal fragrance, home fragrance, and design objects—are slated for launch in 2023 and beyond.

Tessa Thompson stole the red carpet spotlight with her dramatic look at the Don’t Worry Darling during the 2022 Venice International Film Festival on Monday (September 5) in Venice, Italy.

The 38-year-old Westworld actress paired a pair of white platform heels with a Marc Jacobs gown for the premiere event.

Marisa Tomei, Leonie Hanne, Josephine Skriver, Jessica Wang, Roberta Ruiu, Giulia Salemi, Sofia Resing, Hofit Golan, Faretta, and Victoria Silvstedt were also seen at the premiere.

Jared Leto and Alessandro Michele are getting playful with this year’s looks.

The 50-year-old House of Gucci actor and the 49-year-old Italian fashion designer suited up in identical looks at the 2022 Met Gala on Monday evening (May 2) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

If you didn’t know,Jared has been a longtime brand ambassador of Gucci, and the two have appeared at the Met Gala before.

A lot of people confused one attendee for Jared Leto at this year’s event!

The dress code for the event is “Gilded Glamour” and it’s inspired by the Costume Institute’s exhibition, In America: An Anthology of Fashion. Guests are asked to “embody the grandeur—and perhaps the dichotomy—of Gilded Age New York,” a period that stretched from 1870 to 1890. The official co-chairs this year are Regina King, Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and Lin-Manuel Miranda.

The 49-year-old Oscar-winning actor snapped photos of the photographers while walking the red carpet at the 2021 LACMA Art + Film Gala presented by Gucci on Saturday night (November 6) at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in Los Angeles.

For the event, Jared looked super cool in a white suit that had pink-feathered sleeves.

Also in attendance was Gucci‘s Creative Director Alessandro Michele.

This year’s event is honoring director Steven Spielberg and painters Amy Sherald and Kehinde Wiley.
