The Star Trek cast and crew is ready to say goodbye to Picard.
Stars including Patrick Stewart and Gates McFadden and producers Alex Kurtzman, and Rod Roddenberry, son of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry were in attendance at the Star Trek panel for 2022 San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend.

The upcoming series Star Trek: Discovery had a bunch of delays and the producers just revealed that one of them was waiting for star Sonequa Martin-Green to become available!
The 32-year-old actress was committed to The Walking Dead and AMC wouldn’t let her join another series until her death on that show was made public.
Sonequa opened up about her gratitude for being on the show while joining cast members Jason Isaacs, James Frain, and Mary Chieffo, as well as executive producers like Alex Kurtzman at the 2017 TCA Summer Press Tour on Tuesday (August 1) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
“The honor is mine. The pleasure is mine. I feel that we are all running over�”our cups are running over with gratitude and excitement,” Sonequa said about being the first minority female to be a lead on a Star Trek show (via E! News). “We’re bursting at the seams from the weight of it and the breadth of it. We just�”we couldn’t be more thrilled to share this journey with you because we understand its significance. We know we’re telling a story we believe in. Everybody is so passionate…This is an epicly grand, yet microscopically tuned, deeply emotional story. We don’t take it for granted. We don’t take it lightly. I certainly don’t. I feel like�”it’s a dream to be able to be a part of history. It’s a dream. So, thank you.”

Sofia Boutella, Tom Cruise, and Annabelle Wallis walk the red carpet at the premiere of their movie The Mummy on Tuesday (June 6) at AMC Loews Lincoln Square in New York City.
The actors were joined by their co-stars Jake Johnson and Courtney B. Vance, as well as director Alex Kurtzman.
The film, a reboot of the classic monster movie franchise, hits theaters on Friday and it will serve as the first film in Universal Pictures’ new monster universe.

The actresses – Sofia in green and Anabelle in blue and pink – took the stage at the Build LDN event at AOL London on Thursday (June 1) in England.
They were joined by their co-stars Jake Johnson, Courtney B. Vance, and director Alex Kurtzman.
Missing from the appearance was their other co-star Tom Cruise, but you can check him out in Anabelle‘s Instagram post below, which she captioned, “Goodbye Paris…hello London!! Sofia Boutella, Tom Cruise, and Annabelle Wallis walk the red carpet together at the latest premiere of their movie The Mummy on Tuesday (May 30) at Le Grand Rex in Paris, France.
The cast has been traveling all around the world promoting the upcoming film alongside director Alex Kurtzman. They were all in Madrid on Monday and in Taiwan last week. The stop in London last canceled though due to the Manchester attack.
The Mummy hits theaters on June 9!

Tom Cruise is sandwiched in between his leading ladies Sofia Boutella and Annabelle Wallis at the premiere of their movie The Mummy on Monday (May 29) at Callao Cinema in Madrid, Spain.
The trio of stars was joined at the event by the movie’s director Alex Kurtzman.
The cast of The Mummy won’t be heading to London as previously planned following the terrorist attack in Manchester, England. When a fan asked the film’s star Russell Crowe if he’ll be in London, he tweeted, “Out of respect for Manchester victims, London premiere was cancelled by the studio.”

The 54-year-old actor was seen posing for photos with Annabelle Wallis and Sofia Boutella, as well as director Alex Kurtzman.
The crew also stepped out for a photo call earlier in the day!
