Alyssa Farah Griffin is reacting to Whoopi Goldberg‘s pregnancy question directed at her on The View.

During the talk show’s most recent episode, Whoopi shocked her co-hosts when she asked Alyssa if she is pregnant while discussing Mitt Romney‘s plans to not seek a second Senate term during the Hot Topics segment.

The 34-year-old former White House director of strategic communications under the Trump administration laughed about the exchange on the Behind the Table podcast today (September 14) after the episode aired.

Whoopi, she thinks out loud sometimes, and I chose to take it as a compliment — that I’m glowing. She’s so sweet,” Alyssa said.

She also revealed that Whoopi followed up with her concerning the pregnancy question.

'The View' Season 27 - 6 Co-Hosts Revealed!

The View is coming back!

The longtime daytime TV show will be returning for Season 27, Variety confirmed on Tuesday (August 15), and the six co-hosts have been revealed.

The View just ended the 2022-2023 TV season ranking No. 1 among all daytime talk shows among both households and total viewers, averaging 2.375 million total viewers for the season, per Nielsen.

The View Season 27 will premiere on September 5.
