The Bachelor couple Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham have welcomed their first child, a baby girl, and they just revealed the very unique name they chose for her!

Welcome to the world Alessi Ren Luyendyk!

Lauren revealed some details in her Instagram announcement, including that she was born at 2:09 pm on May 29 and she weighed 6lbs, 13 oz.

“She is sweet, calm and @ariejr and I could not be more in love with her,” Lauren added.

Congrats to the happy couple on the wonderful new addition to the family!

The Bachelor couple revealed the exciting news on Wednesday (May 29).

“We have a healthy, BEAUTIFUL baby girl 6lbs, 13oz 20cm long. Mommy and baby are doing great, we are so incredibly happy,” Arie confirmed on his Instagram Story.

“IT’S HAPPENING!” Arie wrote on his Instagram one day before (May 28), posing with Lauren in a hospital gown while cradling her baby bump.

The couple got engaged back in March of 2018 during the “After the Final Rose” special.

The Bachelor‘s Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham are officially married!

The couple tied the knot on Saturday afternoon (January 12) at the Haiku Mill in Hawaii.

It’s been just over a year since the couple rekindled their romance on The Bachelor, after Arie originally proposed to Becca Kufrin.

“Ever since we’ve gotten together, we wanted to fast-forward to this day. It’s been a year. That’s kind of crazy ‘cause I remember a year ago we were doing ‘happy couples [weekend]’ and talking about getting married and wanting to do that, even last year, so it’s awesome that the day is finally here,” Arie told Us Weekly.

Arie and Lauren are also expecting their first child – a little girl – later this year.

The 37-year-old Bachelor star and his 26-year-old fiancee originally planned to share the gender of their baby on the upcoming Bachelor premiere.

It looks like the couple couldn’t hold in the news any longer and took to their Instagrams to share the news.

“IT’S A GIRL!!!” Arie captioned a photo of the duo blowing pink pedals.

Lauren added, “Tickled PINK🎀 We’re having a little girl!!”

The couple are set to tie the knot in a romantic ceremony in Hawaii on January 12th.

Former Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. is slamming another former Bachelor, Jef Holm, over a year after his initial diss.

During the series premiere of Arie‘s season in 2018, Jef tweeted, “Doesn’t matter who gets out of the limo…I’ll give 5k to the charity of @chrisbharrison’s choice if @ariejr lasts 1 year with anyone.”

Arie ended up picking Becca Kufrin, but then dumped her for now-fiancee Lauren Burnham.

Well, over a year later, Arie decided to respond to Jef‘s tweet!

“Pay up @jefholm… Put that trust fund money into something positive instead of bottle service. A*shole,” he tweeted.

The 37-year-old Bachelor star, who confirmed he is expecting his first child with Lauren back in November, revealed what he’s most excited about in an Instagram Q&A on Wednesday (December 26).

“What is most exciting about being a dad?” the fan asked.

“So many things but mostly doing this together with her. I can’t wait to meet this little person that has already grabbed our hearts,” he wrote along with a picture of Lauren getting a sonogram.

He also revealed when the couple will be doing a sex reveal: “The plan is to reveal on the Bachelor premiere,” he said.

The Bachelor premieres on January 7 – so the reveal is just around the corner!
