The 29-year-old Oscar-winning actress met up with this year’s Best Actress winner Katrina Lenk and Best Supporting Actor winner Ari’el Stachel after the show.

Emma also posed for a group photo with the cast, including Adam Kantor and other actors.

The Band’s Visit swept the Tonys this year with 10 wins, including Best Musical. Emma is no stranger to Broadway after starring in the musical Cabaret!

Katrina Lenk, Tony Shalhoub, and Ari’el Stachel accept their awards at the 2018 Tony Awards held at Radio City Music Hall on Sunday (June 10) in New York City.

The three actors from The Band’s Visit won during the show and the musical swept with ten total wins, including Best Musical.

Katrina won Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Musical, Tony won Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical, and Ari’el won Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Musical. Make sure to see the full list of winners!

Lauren Ambrose, Hailey Kilgore, and Katrina Lenk team up for the Tony Honors Cocktail Party!

The stars of My Fair Lady, Once on This Island, and The Band’s Visit, respectively, attended the event – Presenting The 2018 Tony Honors For Excellence In The Theatre And Honoring The 2018 Special Award Recipients – held at Sofitel Hotel on Monday (June 4) in New York City.

They were joined by My Fair Lady‘s Harry Hadden-Paton, Once on This Island director Michael Arden, and The Band’s Visit‘s Ari’el Stachel.

Also in attendance were Carousel‘s Joshua Henry, Lindsay Mendez, and Renee Fleming, Summer‘s Ariana DeBose, and SpongeBob SquarePants‘ Ethan Slater and Gavin Lee.

The happy couple were joined at the event by their Mean Girls stars Taylor Louderman, Grey Henson and Ashley Park, Angels in America‘s Andrew Garfield, Nathan Lane and Denise Gough, and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child‘s Jamie Parker, Noma Dumezweni and Anthony Boyle, Lobby Hero‘s Michael Cera and Brian Tyree Henry.

This year, Mean Girls received the most nominations with 12 total: “It’s incredibly thrilling. I am just ecstatic that these nominations are coming to every department — they’re so well deserved,” Tina expressed (via NY Times). “And I cannot lie: I cried a little bit in the middle of Equinox this morning, and not because my workout was too hard — I do not push myself at the gym.”

“It’s our day off from the show so I was trying and failing to sleep inasmuch as possible,” Andrew added about when he found out. “But I was, of course, excited just knowing that the nominations were coming out today. I’m usually very good at turning my phone off and getting myself enough sleep. I was just too excited.”

The biggest new hit on Broadway is the musical The Band’s Visit and we caught up with the show’s breakout star Ari’el Stachel to learn more about him!

The NYU grad starred in the musical off-Broadway and earned Lucille Lortel and Drama Desk Award nominations for his work. He has also made appearances on the TV shows Blue Bloods and Jessica Jones.

• 1. I wanted to be in the NBA until freshman year of high school when my teammate was 15 years old and 6’8″… I realized it wasn’t happening …and then I found acting!
• 2. I am bilingual.
• 3. CitiBike is my favorite thing ever and how I get to and from everywhere in NYC.
• 4. I love world travel and do it every time I have a break from work. In the last 3 years I’ve been to Ethiopia, Mexico, Thailand, Germany, Israel, and Sri Lanka!
• 5. I just started a routine of watching cartoon movies after almost every show to decompress. I’m obsessed with Pixar.
