Blink-182‘s first gig together since 2014 will be happening at the 2023 Coachella Music Festival on Friday (April 14)!

the group’s name appeared on the festival schedule when it was released late Wednesday (April 12), Variety confirmed.

The band is set to appear in the Sahara tent at the festival from 6:45-7:35 p.m. on Friday (April 14), prior to Metro Boomin closing out the night on that stage starting at 10:35 p.m.

James Blake, who was not included in the original lineup announcement, also showed up in the new schedule, slotted in on at 8:30 p.m. on the Do Lab stage.

Sad news for Blink-182 fans.

The band – featuring members Tom DeLonge, Travis Barker, and Mark Hoppus – was set to hit the road for a new tour starting on March 11 at the Imperial GNP festival in Tijuana, Mexico and then would travel across Latin America through April.

However, on Wednesday (March 1), Tom announced that the band had to postpone their shows for the foreseeable future.

Tom DeLonge is expressing his thanks.

The 46-year-old rocker shared a message on Thursday (October 13) following his return to Blink-182 after a seven year absence.

The guitarist reached out to Matt Skiba, who replaced him during his absence.

“I sent this to Matt personally, but it’s important for the world to know that I honor him. Thank you, @matttskiba,” he began.

Blink 182 is back!!!

Band members Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus, and Travis Barker are reuniting for a stadium tour for the first time in nearly 10 years. If you don’t know, this is a big deal that Tom is joining for the tour as he’s previously left the band two times: once in 2005 and again in 2014. (Travis revealed his opinion on the situation back in 2015.)

In addition, the guys revealed they have a new single, “Edging,” coming out on October 14.

The tour is massive and hits up so many different cities. It will kick off in March 2023 and go straight through until February 2024. Tickets will go on sale on Monday (October 17).

The 49-year-old musician revealed that he got a cancer-free diagnosis on Wednesday (September 29) in an update on social media.

Travis Barker is reacting to his blink-182 bandmate Mark Hoppus revealing he has cancer.

On Wednesday (June 23), Mark, 49, took to social media to announce that he has been undergoing chemotherapy for the last several months after being diagnosed with cancer.

After making the reveal, Travis, 45, took to his Instagram Story to send his support to Mark.
