Eddie Murphy reprises another one of his beloved roles!

It has been nearly 30 years since Beverly Hills Cop III and the 62-year-old actor and comedian is back as Axel Foley for the upcoming fourth installment, Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F, which will be debuting on Netflix.

“Eddie‘s such an incredible artist. He can do drama, he can do comedy – he can do anything. And he’s the same Axel Foley. He’s still on the streets. He’s still doing what he does. Obviously with age you get wiser. But he still has the twinkle in his eye,” producer Jerry Bruckheimer shared in a statement.

Shondaland and Netflix are getting closer to launching their new murder-mystery drama, The Residence!

The show, which stars the previously announced Uzo Aduba, is based on Kate Andersen Brower’s book The Residence: Inside the Private World of the White House.

It’s described as “a screwball whodunnit set in the upstairs, downstairs, and back stairs of the White House, among the eclectic staff of the world’s most famous mansion…132 rooms. 157 suspects. One dead body. One wildly eccentric detective (Aduba). One disastrous State Dinner,” via Deadline.

Eleven stars have just been announced to round out the cast, and they’re from some big shows that you know and love.

The young stars were joined at the event by co-stars Jaz Sinclair, Michelle Gomez, Chance Perdomo, Lucy Davis, Miranda Otto, Richard Coyle, Tati Gabrielle, Bronson Pinchot, Adeline Rudolph, Abigail Cowen, Justin Dobies, Lachlan Watson, and Gavin Leatherwood.

Riverdale stars Vanessa Morgan and Madelaine Petsch, with boyfriend Travis Mills, were also there, as was series creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa.

The premiere featured a spooky seance and an after party at the “Spellman House.” The series will launch globally on Netflix on Friday, October 26.
