Bryant Johnson is paying his respects in a way that is very fitting.
The personal trainer to the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg gained national attention on Friday morning (September 25) by doing push-ups in front of her casket, where she lies in state in the U.S. Capitol.
Bryant was Ruth‘s long-time personal trainer.
The two were featured on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and even collaborated on The RBG Workout, a fitness book. She used to partake in twice-weekly workouts with Bryant, “a man she’s called ‘the most important person’ in her life (after her family, of course),” according to the book’s official website.
Someone was also booed while paying their respects to RBG.
