Law & Order returned to NBC this year after more than a decade of being off the air.
When the show returns for season 22, it will be losing one of the major stars who appeared in the revival.
While producer Dick Wolf introduced some great new stars to the franchise, he was also able to convince some fan-favorite actors to return. But will they be back for more?

The 35-year-old actor and his co-stars Sam Rockwell and Laurence Fishburne took their opening night bows in front of a star-studded crowd at the Circle in the Square Theatre on Thursday (April 14) in New York City.
In American Buffalo, three small time hustlers want a bigger cut of the American dream. David Mamet’s classic about loyalty and greed returns to Broadway more explosive and pointed than ever, exposing a timely American truth: crime and business are two sides of the same coin.
Stars in attendance at the event included Sam‘s partner Leslie Bibb, as well as Angela Bassett, Josh Brolin, Bryan Cranston, Billy Crudup, Tony Goldwyn, Piper Perabo, Anthony Anderson, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Louisa Jacobson, Marin Ireland, Camryn Manheim, Callie Thorne, and Broadway star Victoria Clark.
The limited run is open through July 10.

The long-awaited 21st season of Law & Order just premiered on NBC and it features some returning cast members, along with some new faces for the franchise.
The cast has some very well-known names, including Anthony Anderson, Sam Waterston, Hugh Dancy, Camryn Manheim, and Jeffrey Donovan.

The original Law & Order series is returning to NBC TONIGHT (February 24), more than a decade after the series went off the air.
The show ran for 20 seasons from 1990 through 2010 and it’s now returning for season 21 with a couple fan-favorite actors reprising their roles.
A few of the former stars are busy working on other shows, so they weren’t available to return. New cast members were added to the show and there are some exciting stars lined up to join the franchise!

The two actors were joined by more of the franchise’s stars for the press event, to hype up the return of the flagship series.
Chris was joined by his Organized Crime co-stars Danielle Mone Truitt and Ainsley Seiger, and SVU‘s Kelli Giddish also stepped out for the event.
Returning Law & Order stars Sam Waterston and Anthony Anderson met up with new franchise stars Odelya Halevi, Camryn Manheim, Jeffrey Donovan, and Hugh Dancy for the event.

NBC has revealed the first look at the Law & Order revival series, set to premiere later this month on the network.
The show will bring back Sam Waterston and Anthony Anderson, and will also star Jeffrey Donovan, Camryn Manheim, Hugh Dancy and Odelya Halevi.
Sam and Anthony, who were on the original series’ final season, “jumped” at the chance to return.
