The Romanoffs is a contemporary anthology series set around the globe featuring eight separate stories about people who believe themselves to be descendants of the Russian royal family. The show premieres on October 12.

John David Washington suits up for the premiere of his new movie Monsters and Men on Tuesday (September 25) at the BAM Harvey Theater in New York City.

The 34-year-old actor was joined at the event by co-stars Chante Adams, Kevin Harrison Jr., Cara Buono, Anthony Ramos, and writer and director Reinaldo Marcus Green.

The movie follows the aftermath of a police killing of a black man, told through the eyes of the bystander who filmed the act, an African-American police officer, and a high-school baseball phenom inspired to take a stand.

Monsters and Men hits theaters on September 28.

The 46-year-old Stranger Things actress stepped out at the award ceremony at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (January 21) in Los Angeles.

During the ceremony, David is up for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series while the entire Stranger Things cast is nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Television Series and Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.

David Harbour, Cara Buono and Matthew Modine turn the red carpet into the Upside Down at the 2017 Emmy Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (September 17) in Los Angeles.

The actors all posed for photos on the red carpet at the event, where the hit Netflix series received several nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series.

David was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for playing the role of Jim Hopper on the show.

Matthew‘s daughter, 27-year-old actress Ruby Modine, also posed on the carpet.

Cara snuck in a kiss with her husband, entrepreneur Peter Thum.

Stranger Things is set to return for its second season on October 27.
