Linkin Park Releases New Song 'Lost' Featuring Chester Bennington's Vocals Ahead of 'Meteora' 20th Anniversary Edition - Listen & Read the Lyrics

Chester Bennington takes center stage on Linkin Park‘s song “Lost,” which was released six years after his tragic death.

The newly released song is a leftover from the group’s 2003 album Meteora, which featured hits such as “Numb” and “Faint.” The remaining members of the band will pay tribute to the LP’s 20th anniversary with a re-release later this year featuring previously unheard material.

“Lost” is the first taste of that and arrived on Friday (February 10).

Chester Bennington's Widow Talinda Marries Michael Fredman in Hawaii

Talinda Bennington is married!

The 43-year-old widow of Linkin Park front Chester Bennington married Michael Fredman on Saturday (January 4) in Hawaii.

Talinda announced the exciting news on Instagram, while also clarifying false reports that she married Michael on the same day as her wedding anniversary to Chester.

“With joy and love I want to set something straight. ON JANUARY 4th, I wed a wonderful man, great friend, and son this weekend,” Talinda wrote. “We celebrated with all of our family and friends on the beautiful island of O’ahu. The day we chose was a day of meaning, in many different ways.”

Talinda added: “My anniversary with my love, Chester, JAN 1 Was NOT THE DAYE [sic]. Jan 1st will always be the day I married Chester. I would never paint over that beautiful day with anything else.”

Talinda and Chester married on January 1, 2005. They share three kids – Tyler, 13, and twins Lila and Lily, 9.

Chester died in July 2017 at the age of 41 after taking his own life.

Talinda announced her engagement to Mike in September 2019.

Chester Bennington's Widow Talinda Is Getting Married Again

Talinda Bennington, the wife of the late Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington, has announced that she is engaged.

Chester died in July 2017 at the age of 41 after taking his own life. While she just announced the news on Instagram, TMZ is reporting that Talinda and her firefighter beau got engaged back in April.

“Dear family, I am overjoyed to announce my engagement to my angel on earth, Michael F. I am here to tell you that you can find love after tragedy, that a death of a soulmate does not mean the death of you. My family, friends, and my Linkin Park brothers welcome him to the family with open arms. I will continue to honor Chester and continue my life’s mission to make his passing not in vein. To all suicide loss survivors, you CAN be happy again. You CAN have space in your heart for grief, joy, happiness, sadness, and love. Thank you for ALL of your continued love and support, Talinda,” she wrote in the note on Instagram.

Chester Bennington's Wife Talinda Honors Him Two Years After His Death (Video)

It is the two-year anniversary of Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington‘s death and his wife Talinda is honoring him with a touching post.

Chester died in July 2017 after committing suicide at the age of 41.

“Hey guys, I woke up this morning to lots of messages of love and support from my friends and family, and I wanted to pass along to you the same love and support,” Talinda said in a video posted to her Instagram account on Saturday (July 20). “Today is going to be a really hard day for a lot of people, and that may be you, and I just want you to know that you’re loved, you matter, and the world means something with you in it. And today let’s make Chester proud, and take care of each other, because that’s what he would want us to do.”

Talinda captioned the video, “I woke up and this was on my heart… take care of each other today. Enjoy every moment of it. #makechesterproud #320changesdirection.”

Linkin Park Members Pay Tribute to Chester Bennington One Year After Death

Members of Linkin Park have paid tribute to the late Chester Bennington, one year after his tragic death.

“It has been a year since your passing—a surreal rotation of grief, heartbreak, refusal, and recognition. And yet it sill feels like you are close by, surrounding us with your memory and your light. Your one-of-a-kind spirit has authored an indelible imprint on our hearts—our jokes, our joy, and our tenderness,” the band wrote on Instagram. “Eternally grateful for the love, life, and creative passion you shared with us and the world. We miss you more than words can express.”

Chester passed away one year ago on July 20, 2017 from suicide. Our continued thoughts are with his loved ones during this time.

Results of Chester Bennington's Autopsy Revealed

The results of Chester Bennington‘s autopsy and toxicology reports have been released on Tuesday (December 5).

The late Linkin Park frontman’s autopsy showed that he had both alcohol and MDMA (ecstasy) in his system when he hanged himself, according to TMZ.

Authorities reportedly also found a prescription bottle of Zolpidem, or generic Ambien, on his dresser. There was also a pint glass of Corona, which was less than half full, and an empty bottle of Stella Artois.

There was no suicide note according to the report, but police found what they call an “apparent biography,” which was handwritten.

Linkin Park Wins at AMAs 2017, Chester Bennington Honored

The guys from Linkin Park accept their award on stage at the 2017 American Music Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (November 19) in Los Angeles.

Rob Bourdon, Mike Shinoda, and Brad Delson accepted the award for Favorite Artist – Alternative Rock and they paid tribute to their late band member Chester Bennington.

“We want to dedicate this award to him, to his memory, to his talent, to his sense of humor, to his joy… I want you guys to take a moment to appreciate what you’ve got and make Chester proud,” Mike said.
