Netflix has finally revealed the release date for The Umbrella Academy‘s fourth and final season!
The streamer also released character posters for the main cast, including Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, Justin H. Min, Ritu Arya, and Colm Feore.

There’s some bittersweet news for fans of The Umbrella Academy on Netflix.
The show has been renewed for a fourth season, but unfortunately, it will be the show’s last.
“I’m so excited that the incredibly loyal fans of The Umbrella Academy will be able to experience the fitting end to the Hargreeves siblings’ journey we began five years ago,” showrunner Steve Blackman said in a statement. “But before we get to that conclusion, we’ve got an amazing story ahead for season four, one that will have fans on the edge of their seats until the final minutes.”

The trailer for The Umbrella Academy season three has finally debuted online!
Here’s a synopsis: After putting a stop to 1963’s doomsday, the Umbrella Academy return home to the present, convinced they prevented the initial apocalypse and fixed this godforsaken timeline once and for all. But after a brief moment of celebration, they realize things aren’t exactly (okay, not at all) how they left them. Enter the Sparrow Academy. Smart, stylish, and about as warm as a sea of icebergs, the Sparrows immediately clash with the Umbrellas in a violent face-off that turns out to be the least of everyone’s concerns. Navigating challenges, losses, and surprises of their own – and dealing with an unidentified destructive entity wreaking havoc in the Universe (something they may have caused) — now all they need to do is convince Dad’s new and possibly better family to help them put right what their arrival made wrong. Will they find a way back to their pre-apocalyptic lives? Or is this new world about to reveal more than just a hiccup in the timeline?

Ellen Page suits up for the black carpet as she arrives at the premiere of The Umbrella Academy on Tuesday night (February 12) at the ArcLight Hollywood Theater in Hollywood, Calif.
The 31-year-old actress was joined at the premiere by co-stars Tom Hopper, Mary J Blige, and Kate Walsh as they stepped out for the premiere of their new Netflix show.

The upcoming series, based on the comic book series created and written by My Chemical Romance‘s Gerard Way, will launch on the streaming service on February 15.
Here’s a plot summary: on the same day in 1989, forty-three infants are inexplicably born to random, unconnected women who showed no signs of pregnancy the day before. Seven are adopted by a billionaire who creates The Umbrella Academy and prepares his “children” to save the world. Now, the six surviving members reunite upon the news of their father’s passing and must work together to solve a mystery surrounding his death. But the estranged family begins to come apart due to their divergent personalities and abilities, not to mention the imminent threat of a global apocalypse.
Ellen Page, Mary J. Blige, Cameron Britton, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, Colm Feore, Adam Godley, John Magaro, Ashley Madekwe and Kate Walsh all star in the series, which will run for 10 one-hour long episodes.

Piper Perabo rocks an all black ensemble as she hits the red carpet at the 2014 TIFF Gala held during the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival at TIFF Bell Lightbox on Wednesday (September 3) in Toronto, Canada.
The 37-year-old Covert Affairs actress was joined by Suits star Gabriel Macht, Dracula Untold‘s Sarah Gadon, Colm Feore and his wife Donna, Gregory Smith, as well as Al Pacino and his girlfriend Lucila Sola, who was there to support Al during his exclusive on-stage conversation.
“‘You’ve got a good script and good director and you’re good… forget the money’ – Al Pacino at #TIFFGala14 #TIFF14,” TIFF shared on their Twitter account during the event.
