Claire Danes walks her pet pup out of the Trump SoHo New York hotel on Sunday afternoon (November 17) in New York City.

The 34-year-old Homeland star was joined for the day by her husband Hugh Dancy and their adorable son Cyrus, 11 months.

Claire recently detailed her meeting of President Obama on The Late Show with David Letterman.

“He’s just so magnetic and so charismatic,” Claire said. “Tom Cruise was in the room and as soon as [Obama] walked into the room, it just eclipsed everyone, every amazing star.”

“So we find ourselves in front of the president and, I’m kind of on autopilot, and I say, ‘Hello, um, Mr. President, I’m Claire Danes, it’s so lovely to meet you.’ And he said, ‘Oh yes, Claire Danes, Claire, you’re a fine actress.’ And I say, well, you’re a fine president.’ And he said, you know, ‘Well, you’re a finer actress than I am president,’ and I just thought … really, just had no retort whatsoever, so I ran to the bar and had a very large shot of vodka,” Claire concluded.

Fellow Showtime stars Edie Falco, Don Cheadle, Matt LeBlanc, Aimee Garcia, Yvonne Strahovski, Cameron Monaghan, and Michael Sheen were also in attendance and sipped on SVEDKA Vodka cocktails.

Earlier in the day, Claire was spotted pushing her adorable baby boy Cyrus, 9 months, through LAX Airport after arriving in Los Angeles.

Claire Danes and her husband Hugh Dancy head through LAX Airport with their son Cyrus, 7 months, on Tuesday (July 30) in Los Angeles.

The 34-year-old actress recently revealed some details about how much she’s worked with her co-star Damian Lewis for season three of Homeland.

“I really haven’t worked with Damian that much yet,” Claire said (via Metro UK). “We’ve been estranged physically as well as emotionally. I miss him. I would like to see him again, never mind act with him.”

We can’t wait to find out what is in store for season three!

In the series, Hugh plays Special Agent Will Graham, a young FBI criminal profiler, who is haunted by his ability to empathize with serial killers, and thus, turns to psychiatrist Dr. Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) for help catching murderers.

Claire and Hugh welcomed little Cyrus Michael Christopher Dancy last Monday (December 17), just in time for Christmas!

Meanwhile, Claire has a busy month next month – she was recently nominated for a SAG and Golden Globe award for her Emmy-winning role as Carrie Mathison in Homeland.
