Daisy Ridley is ready to return to a galaxy far far away!
The 31-year-old actress portrayed Rey in 2015′s Star Wars: The Force Awakens, 2017′s The Last Jedi, and 2019′s The Rise of Skywalker. Back in April 2023, it was confirmed that Daisy will return to headline an upcoming Star Wars movie!
Daisy recently described how she feels about reprising her role and continuing Rey’s story.

Daisy Ridley stepped out to celebrate the premiere of her new movie Magpie at South By Southwest film festival!
The 31-year-old Star Wars actress was joined by co-stars Shazad Latif and Matilda Lutz at the event held on Saturday (March 9) in Austin, Texas.
Writer Tom Bateman and director Sam Yates were also in attendance.
The stars posed for some photos and spoke on stage to promote the film.
A synopsis for Magpie reads: “A couple find their lives turned upside down when their daughter is cast alongside a controversial major star,” per IMDb.

Daisy Ridley made sure to remember her experience filming the Star Wars movies.
The 31-year-old actress starred as Rey in 2015′s Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, 2017′s Episode VIII – The Last Jedi, and 2019′s Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker.
Daisy is set to reprise her role in Star Wars: New Jedi Order, which is currently scheduled to release in 2026.

The married couple attended the UK premiere of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny on Monday night (June 26) in London, England.

Daisy Ridley is back to the Star Wars franchise, and now people are wondering if her former co-star John Boyega will return as well.
If you missed it, it was confirmed that the 30-year-old actress was returning to her role Rey for the first time since 2019′s Rise of Skywalker for a new movie. That was also the last time that John appeared in the franchise playing Finn.
Since Daisy is making a comeback, fans turned around and got John‘s name trending on Twitter. They wanted to know if he’d be getting another movie, too.
However, the actor recently hinted at the answer to that question during an interview. In the process, he revealed the role he thought he’d be playing from here on out.

Daisy Ridley is back as Rey!
The 30-year-old actress was confirmed for a new Star Wars movie at this year’s Star Wars Celebration in London by LucasFilm president Kathleen Kennedy.
Three films were confirmed to be in the works including one coming from The Mandalorian executive producer Dave Filoni and another from James Mangold.
Daisy was last seen in 2019′s Rise of Skywalker.
The movie that Daisy will star in will be led by director Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and will pick up 15 years after The Rise Of Skywalker ended. Her focus will be rebuilding the Jedi Order.
“I’ve always been attracted to the hero’s journey and the fact that the world needs many more heroes,” said Sharmeen on stage, per IGN.
“My heart is pounding,” Daisy said. “I’m very thrilled to be continuing this journey.”
In January, Emilia Clarke and Daisy Ridley answered questions from fans – if they’d return to Star Wars.
