Daniel Craig Regrets His 2015 Quote Saying He'd Rather Slit His Wrists Than Play 007 Again

Daniel Craig went viral in 2015 for an interview quote where he was asked if he would play James Bond again after wrapping 2015′s 007 movie Spectre.

In his famous quote, Daniel responded, “I’d rather break this glass and slash my wrists. No, not at the moment. Not at all. That’s fine. I’m over it at the moment. We’re done. All I want to do is move on.” He then went on to say that ff he did take on the role again, “it would only be for the money.”

Now, in 2021, Daniel was asked about that quote, which went viral at the time.

The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

The film hits theaters on October 8.

The upcoming film, which has been delayed a total of four times, centers on Bond as he’s recruited to rescue a kidnapped scientist.

While on the rescue mission, he finds himself hot on the trail of a mysterious villain, who’s armed with a dangerous new technology.

Léa Seydoux, Ben Whishaw, Rami Malek, Lashana Lynch and Ana de Armas also star in the movie, which has a release date of October 8.

Ralph Fiennes, Jeffrey Wright and Christoph Waltz will also make appearances in the movie.

Directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, No Time To Die was originally set for release in April 2020.
