Maury Povich and Connie Chung are enjoying a very night out!

The married couple posed for photos while arriving at the 2023 Daytime Emmy Awards on Friday night (December 15) held at The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites in Los Angeles.

For the event, Maury, 84, looked sharp in a black tux while Connie, 77, donned a pink blazer and black pants.

During the awards show, Maury was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award. His hit daytime talk show Maury came to an end in 2022 after more than 30 years on TV.

If you didn’t know, Maury and Connie have been married since 1984 and share son Matthew, 28.

The full list of winners for the 2023 Daytime Emmy Awards has been revealed!

The ceremony was held on Friday (December 15) at at Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles.

Entertainment Tonight anchors Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner returned to host the awards show, which aired live on CBS and streamed on Paramount+.

The 2023 Daytime Emmys was originally slated to take place on June 16, though the ceremony was postponed due to the writers and actors strikes.

Victoria Grace is withdrawing her nomination.

The actress, who plays Wendy Shin on the Peacock soap opera, is withdrawing her nomination for Outstanding Younger Performer in a Daytime Drama Series after accidentally violating the rules.

She technically should never have been submitted for the award because nominees must now be 18 years old or younger.

Kelly Clarkson won two awards at the 2022 Daytime Emmy Awards, but she was not there to accept the prizes.

The 40-year-old entertainer picked up the awards for both Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show and Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host for her talk show, The Kelly Clarkson Show.

This is Kelly‘s second year in a row winning both of the awards and The Kelly Clarkson Show has the distinction of winning more awards than any other program at the 2022 Daytime Emmys.

Kelly‘s executive producer explained why she wasn’t at the awards show.

Jennifer Aniston is paying tribute to her dad, John Aniston.

On Friday night (June 24), the 53-year-old Friends actress made a surprise appearance during the 2022 Daytime Emmy Awards to help honor the 88-year-old actor, who for nearly 40 years played the role of Victor Kiriakis on Days of Our Lives.

Susan Lucci honored her late husband Helmut Huber while appearing at the 2022 Daytime Emmy Awards.

The 75-year-old soap opera legend appeared at the show to introduce the in memoriam segment on Friday night (June 24) at the Pasadena Convention Center in Pasadena, Calif.

Before the segment aired, Susan took a moment to remember her husband, who died in March at the age of 84. They were married for more than 50 years.

Susan said, “I am so happy to be here with you tonight celebrating people that we love and have lost this year. I send my sympathy to my heart to the loved ones of those we pay tribute to tonight. My husband, Helmet Huber, was a larger than life force of nature. He was a confident caregiver who knew exactly how to make things happen and to keep us all laughing at the same time. Helmut loved and was so proud of our magnificent children and our grandchildren. Helmut was the love of my life.”

She added, “They say that grief is the price we pay for love. Well, grief is an excruciating price, but I would not give up even one second of the love.”

The full list of winners for the 2022 Daytime Emmy Awards has been announced!

The ceremony took place at the Pasadena Convention Center on Friday night (June 24) in Pasadena, Calif.

The show, which was hosted by Entertainment Tonight anchors Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner, aired live on CBS and streamed on Paramount+.

There were some changes to the Daytime Emmys this year, including having all children’s programming categories moved to the new Children’s & Family Emmy Awards. Most morning shows have been moved to the News & Documentary Emmy Awards, unless they follow an entertainment format.
