Jillian Bell is taking her interview on A Little Late with Lilly Singh as an opportunity to apologize to Elijah Wood.

During her interview on the late-night show on Tuesday (November 26), the 35-year-old Brittany Runs A Marathon opened up about a time she was so rude while meeting the 38-year-old Lord of the Rings star.

“I was leaving a bar, and I had participated in activities that go along with going to a bar…I was a little too drunk,” Jillian jokingly shared. “And I was walking to a theater to see a show, and my sister was with me, and she goes, ‘I think that’s Elijah Wood driving by.’”

Jillian continued: “And I go, ‘I don’t know about that,’ and went, ‘Hey Elijah’ [with an attitude].”

“And his window was cracked [open] and he pulled over and waved..and he was so sweet,” Jillian said while admitting she gave him a total attitude.

Lilly then gave Jillian the opportunity for her to apologize to Elijah for the way she acted.

“Elijah, if you’re watching this right now, I want to say sincerely from the bottom of my heart, that I’m sorry. Really sorry,” Jillian said to the cameras.

Elijah Wood is all smiles as he hits the red carpet at the special screening of his film Come To Daddy held at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival at the SVA Theater on Thursday (April 25) in New York City.

The 38-year-old actor was accompanied at the event by his co-star Stephen McHattie and the film’s producer and director Ant Timpson.

Synopsis: Norval Greenwood (Wood), a privileged man-child arrives at the beautiful and remote coastal cabin of his estranged father. He quickly discovers that not only is dad a jerk, but he also has a shady past that is rushing to catch up with both of them. Now, hundreds of miles from his cushy comfort zone, Norval must battle with demons both real and perceived in order to reconnect with a father he barely knows.

The 54-year-old actor hit the red carpet in some red sunglasses on Tuesday evening (September 11) at the Egyptian Theatre in Los Angeles.

He was also joined at the screening by his co-stars Elijah Wood, Linus Roache and Bill Duke as well as producers Josh Waller and Daniel Noah and director Panos Cosmatos.

Mandy follows a broken and haunted man who hunts an unhinged religious sect who slaughtered the love of his life.

The film hits theaters on September 14th.

HitRecord is teaming up with video game publisher Ubisoft so that members of the online community can help create assets for future video games.

The 37-year-old actor tackled a variety questions that included a number of obscure references from his career: The short-lived animated series Tron: Uprising; the 2013 thriller Grand Piano; the animated mini-series Over the Garden Wall, that Beastie Boys video he did back in 2011, and of course, Lord of the Rings.

Elijah addressed rumors that he never shot a scene with Ian McKellen, who plays Gandalf in the trilogy: “We shot everything together,” Elijah said. “We would do it in a variety of ways. One of the primary ways that we would shoot was using forced perspective.”

Elijah also revealed, no, the original script did not call for Frodo to murder Gollum in cold blood: “Wow, that would have been a really bold move in terms of the character,” Elijah added. “It would have slightly changed people’s perspective of Frodo.”

The flick is set to hit theaters on April 20th.
