Erika Jayne has been sued by her ex husband Tom Girardi‘s law firm for $25.5 million plus interest, according to a new court filing.
E! News reports that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is being sued by trustee Elissa Miller for allegedly paying for her “extravagant lifestyle” using funds from the firm.
According to court docs obtained by the outlet, $11 million was paid to various shopping vendors and another $14 was put on her American Express.
“The glam cannot be supported by a sham,” Elissa said in the filing.
