Harvey Weinstein‘s ex wife Georgina Chapman is dating Oscar winning actor Adrien Brody.

The pair have been rumored to be dating for months and People reportedly confirmed the news. No further details were available about their romance.

Georgina officially separated from Weinstein back in October of 2017 after the numerous sexual misconduct allegations against him surfaced. They reached a divorce settlement in January of 2018.

Stars began to face backlash after wearing her fashion brand, Marchesa, after this devastating news broke. Priyanka Chopra is one of those stars who defended Georgina and wore Marchesa.

Weinstein was just found guilty of rape in the NYC courts.

Priyanka Chopra is standing by her decision to wear a Marchesa gown to her bridal shower over the weekend.

After the 36-year-old actress came under fire for wearing gown designed by Harvey Weinstein‘s ex wife Georgina Chapman, Priyanka told Women’s Wear Daily that she did it as a sign of “women supporting women.”

“Georgina’s a friend of mine, and she has been,” Priyanka shared. “And it’s not her fault. And I don’t think it’s right to take it out on a self-made woman what somebody in her life did.”

In October 2017, Georgina announced that she was leaving the disgraced movie producer following allegations of sexual misconduct.

“That’s the wrong attitude,” Priyanka continued. “I’ve known her for years, and that was a beautiful gown, and deserved to be worn by a bride-to-be. And it made me feel like a princess. It was the right choice.”

Back in May at the 2018 Met Gala, Scarlett Johansson was the first star to wear Marchesa after Weinstein‘s allegations were reported.

While making an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Stephen said that Georgina “shouldn’t be punished for the sins of her husband.”

“I totally agree with that,” Anna responded. “I mean, Georgina is a brilliant designer, and I don’t think that she should be blamed for her husband’s behavior. I think it was a great gesture of support on Scarlett‘s part to wear a dress like—a beautiful dress like that on such a public occasion.”

The 42-year-old Marchesa co-founder spoke with Vogue about the aftermath. Here’s what she shared…

On the aftermath of the Weinstein scandal: “I was so humiliated and so broken . . . that . . . I, I, I . . . didn’t think it was respectful to go out…I thought, Who am I to be parading around with all of this going on? It’s still so very, very raw. I was walking up the stairs the other day and I stopped; it was like all the air had been punched out of my lungs.”

On seeking therapy: “At first I couldn’t, because I was too shocked. And I somehow felt that I didn’t deserve it. And then I realized: This has happened. I have to own it. I have to move forward. There was a part of me that was terribly naive—clearly, so naive. I have moments of rage, I have moments of confusion, I have moments of disbelief! And I have moments when I just cry for my children. What are their lives going to be? What are people going to say to them?…It’s like, they love their dad. They love him. I just can’t bear it for them!”

On if she was suspicious of her husband: “Absolutely not. Never. And I’ve never been one of those people who obsesses about where someone is.”

Marchesa will not be showing at 2018 New York Fashion Week February in the midst of the Harvey Weinstein scandal.

The brand’s designer Georgina Chapman – the estranged wife of the disgraced 65-year-old Hollywood producer – has decided not to show during NYFW for the first time in over 10 years, People reports.

Marchesa – which Georgina launched in 2004 – did announce that despite not presenting at NYFW, they will be debut their new line in a different format.

After the sexual assault allegations started pouring out, Georgina filed for divorce from Harvey back in October and has stayed out of the spotlight completely since then.

Harvey Weinstein and his estranged wife Georgina Chapman have reportedly reached a divorce settlement.

According to TMZ, the former couple have come to terms with both a property settlement agreement and a custody arrangement for their two children.

The exes, who signed a prenuptial agreement before getting married, just passed the 10-year mark in their marriage which is said to have been significant, although the settlement did not precisely mirror the prenup.

Neither Harvey nor Georgina have filed a divorce petition yet but it will reportedly be coming in the near future now that the settlement agreement has been reached.
