Grace Jabbari, who accused Jonathan Majors of assault in March, has also been arrested following rumors that she would be prosecuted.
Grace was arrested in Manhattan, New York on Wednesday (October 25) and is accused of misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The outlet noted that she would not be prosecuted despite the arrest, which stems from Jonathan claiming that she assaulted him.

More details are coming out in the Jonathan Majors case and a new filing from prosecutors has shed some new light on what’s going on.
Back in March, the Marvel actor was arrested in Manhattan and charged with accounts of assault and aggravated harassment following an alleged dispute with his then-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. He pleaded not guilty to four charges and faces up to one year in jail if convicted.
The Messenger reports that the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Public Information (DCPI) for the New York Police Department will soon file a domestic violence charge against Grace.
Law enforcement sources told the outlet that Grace “will be issued a desk appearance ticket, which police issue to require a suspect to appear in court to answer charges.”
Despite this new report, Variety has obtained a new 115-page filing that was submitted by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office in response to Jonathan‘s attempt to dismiss the case.

Jonathan Majors is filing a domestic violence complaint.
The 33-year-old Marvel star filed the complaint against ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, alleging that she attacked him, and not the other way around, in a confrontation on a street corner in Chinatown on March 25, via Insider.
Jonathan was charged in that dispute, with his ex claiming he broke her finger, twisted her arm, and struck her in the ear causing it to bleed. He has denied the accusations.
