Grimes is suing her ex Elon Musk.
The Art Angels musician filed a petition to “establish parental relationship” on September 29 in a California court, Page Six reported Tuesday (October 3).
The filing comes only weeks after it was discovered that the couple share a third child.

Grimes is speaking out upon the revelation that she welcomed a third child with Elon Musk, named Techno Mechanicus.
The 35-year-old music star spoke out on social media following a report about an upcoming biography, which confirmed that the two – who have son X Æ A-12, 3, and daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, 20 months – welcomed a third baby.
The message came after the names of Elon‘s 19-month-old twins with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis, who were born about a month before Elon and Grimes welcomed their second child together, were revealed.

The 35-year-old Art Angels singer-songwriter responded to a quote going viral from the 30-year-old “Used to Be Young” superstar about why she’s hesitant about touring, as it’s not always “healthy” for her.
“Having every day the relationship between you and other humans being subject and observer isn’t healthy for me, because it erases my humanity and my connection, and without my humanity and my connection I can’t be a songwriter, which is my priority,” Miley explained during her recent special.
