Hayden Christensen is opening up about his return to the Star Wars franchise!

On Friday (June 24), the 41-year-old actor appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon where he talked about reprising his role as Darth Vadar in the Disney+ series Obi-Wan Kenobi.

During the interview, Hayden shared how his 7-year-old daughter Briar Rose helped him prepare for the role.

Hayden Christensen Opens Up About A Possible Season Two of 'Obi-Wan Kenobi'

Hayden Christensen hangs out with Darth Vader at the Obi-Wan Kenobi screening event earlier this week in Toronto, Ontario.

The 41-year-old actor joined director Deborah Chow at the event for a Q&A panel ahead of the screening, where they chatted about the show before viewing all six episodes of the limited Disney+ series.

The event was also livestreamed to participating theaters in Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Ottawa, London and Halifax.

In another interview, Hayden revealed that he’d be up to doing another season of the show.

“Well, it was definitely conceived as a standalone story,” he said, speaking to RadioTimes. “But I would love to continue with this character. You know, I think there’s certainly more there to explore and I would be so excited to get to do so.”

Just recently, Hayden spoke out about the racism that his co-star Moses Ingram has been facing since the debut of the Star Wars series.

After the release of the new Star Wars show on Disney+, Mose Ingram was the target of racist attacks on social media.

In a new interview, Hayden, 41, talked about the situation, saying that he’s “saddened” by what people are saying about Moses, 28.

Ewan McGregor & New Wife Mary Elizabeth Winstead Make First Post-Wedding Appearance at 'Obi-Wan Kenobi' Premiere!

The new Obi-Wan Kenobi series is now streaming on Disney+ and a surprise red carpet premiere took place at the Star Wars Celebration fan event!

Ewan McGregor, who is reprising the title role in the new show, was joined by wife Mary Elizabeth Winstead at the premiere on Thursday (May 26) in Anaheim, Calif.

This is the couple’s first public appearance together since getting married last month!

Joining Ewan at the event were co-stars Hayden Christensen, Moses Ingram, Bonnie Piesse, Rupert Friend, Indira Varma, O’Shea Jackson Jr., and Simone Kessell, as well as director/executive producer Deborah Chow and writer/executive producer Joby Harold.

Obi-Wan Kenobi begins 10 years after the dramatic events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Obi-Wan Kenobi faced his greatest defeat—the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.

The first two episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi are now streaming on Disney+. Following the premiere, the series will stream weekly on Wednesdays, until the finale on Wednesday, June 22.

Hayden Christensen and Ewan McGregor are ready for the premiere of their new Star Wars series!

The two actors, who appeared in the Star Wars prequel movies together, stepped out to promote their new Disney+ series Obi-Wan Kenobi during a photo call on Thursday (May 12) in London, England.

Hayden and Ewan were joined at the event by co-star Moses Ingram and director Deborah Chow.

Obi-Wan Kenobi begins 10 years after the dramatic events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Obi-Wan Kenobi (McGregor) faced his greatest defeat—the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker (Christensen), who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.

The new limited series begins streaming on May 27. The first two episodes premiere that day, followed by new episodes weekly until the finale on June 22.

Ewan McGregor & Hayden Christensen Were Surrounded By Fans After Grabbing Dinner in Berlin

Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen were met by a crowd of fans while leaving a restaurant in Berlin, Germany on Tuesday (May 10).

The two Obi-Wan Kenobi stars grabbed a bite to eat at Borchardt Restaurant after doing some press for the upcoming Disney+ show and while leaving, were greeted by a lot of fans.

Ewan and Hayden, who were both masked up, stopped to sign autographs and pose for a few photos with them before heading back to their hotel.

During a recent interview, Ewan opened up about the darkness of the series.

“Obi-Wan is lost,” he shared with EW. “He’s a broken man after what happened with the Jedi order at the end of Episode III, but also what happened with Anakin; that he lost him to the dark side. He feels an enormous amount of responsibility for that, and guilt.”

Obi-Wan Kenobi will premiere on Disney+ on May 25. See the trailer here!
