The first look at the upcoming series, inspired by the music of Japanese superstar Hikaru Utada, debuted during the TUDUM global fan event over the weekend.
Rurouni Kenshin star Takeru Satoh is Harumichi Namiki, and Death Note actress Hikari Mitsushima is Yae Noguchi in the romantic series.

First Love is coming!
The highly anticipated Netflix Japanese romantic drama series, based on the music of Hikaru Utada, just got a teaser poster and a release date.

Skrillex and Hikaru Utada are teaming up on a new track called “Face My Fears,” which is also the opening theme song for Kingdom Hearts III!
The 31-year-old “Bangarang” producer and the 35-year-old “First Love” Japanese pop superstar released both the English and Japanese versions of their collaboration on Friday (January 18).

The songs are both included on Hikaru‘s Face My Fears EP, which also includes the English and Japanese versions of the Kingdom Hearts III closing theme “Don’t Think Twice.”
“Face My Fears” was originally intended to be a remix of Hikaru‘s “Don’t Think Twice”, but eventually became an entirely new song.
