The 49-year-old goop founder let cameras inside her abode in Montecito, Calif., which she describes as “a Parisian apartment set within an old European barn”.

'Home' Tops Weekend Box Office With Big $54 MiIlion Opening!

Home easily topped the box office this weekend with a $54 million debut!

According to THR, the animated flick starring the voices of Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, and Jim Parsons, exceeded expectations with the best opening for a DreamWorks Animation film since Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted in summer 2012.

Coming in second was Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart‘s new flick Get Hard, which brought in an impressive $34.6 million.

Insurgent, starring Shailene Woodley and Miles Teller, fell to No. 3 in its second weekend, declining 58 percent to $22 million for a domestic total of $86.4 million.

Rounding out the top five were Disney’s Cinderella and It Follows, which brought in $17.5 million and $4 million, respectively.

Meanwhile, at the U.S. specialty box office, While We’re Young, starring Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts, Adam Driver and Amanda Seyfried, debuted to $242,152 from four theaters in Los Angeles and New York, for a theater average of $60,538.

Serena, starring Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper, opened in 60 theaters after premiering first on VOD, grossing an estimated $100,000 for a location average of $1,667.
