Earlier this week, it was confirmed that Katie, a captain on the Stanford Women’s Soccer Team, passed away at the age of 22 from suicide.

The soccer star was found dead in her dorm room on Tuesday (March 1) and a rep for Stanford University released a statement in response to the devastating news.
Now, the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coronor has released a statement.

Gabby disappeared while on a trip with her partner, Brian Laundrie. Brian Laundrie is apparently now missing as his family claims to not have seen him since this past Tuesday. He is considered a person of interest but refused to sit down with police to talk about Gabby‘s disappearance.
