Ice Cube hits the stage for a performance during the 2016 Coachella Music Festival on Saturday night (April 16) in Indio, Calif.

The 46-year-old rapper, who was just inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with his NWA groupmates, reunited with some of the rappers at the festival.

Cube brought out DJ Yella and MC Ren for a performance of “F–k the Police” and “Straight Outta Compton.” He also had surprise appearances from Common, Snoop Dogg, and his son O’Shea Jackson Jr, who attended the Neon Carnival later in the night.

Eve strikes a pose alongside Ashanti while attending a special screening of her latest film Barbershop: The Next Cut held at the HBO Screening Room on Monday (April 11) in New York City.

The 37-year-old entertainer was joined at the event by her co-stars Ice Cube, Common, Michael Rainey Jr., and Cedric the Entertainer, as well as Danielle Brooks, Dionne Warwick, Dean Winters, and Laura Michelle Kelly, who all came out to show their support for the flick.

Kendrick Lamar speaks on stage while inducting the legendary rap group N.W.A. into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Friday (April 8) at Barclays Center in New York City.

The group – made up of Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, MC Ren, and DJ Yella – reunited to accept the major honor. Kathie Wright, the mother of the late Easy-E, was also there to accept his trophy on his behalf.

During their speech, N.W.A. blasted Gene Simmons for recently saying that “rap will die.”

“I want to say to Mr. Gene Simmons that hip-hop is here forever – get used to it,” MC Ren started off the speech (via LoudWire).

“The question is, ‘Are we rock ‘n’ roll?’ and I say ‘You g�”damn right we rock ‘n’ roll!’ Rock ‘n’ roll is not an instrument – rock ‘n’ roll is not even a style of music. Rock ‘n’ roll is a spirit! A spirit that’s been going since the blues, jazz, bebop, soul, R&B, rock ‘n’ roll, heavy metal, punk rock, and, yes, hip-hop!” Ice Cube continued. “And what connects us all is that spirit – that’s what connects us all is that spirit. Rock ‘n’ roll is not conforming to the people who came before you, but creating your own path in music and life. That is rock ‘n’ roll and that is us. Rock ‘n’ roll is not conforming, rock ‘n’ roll is outside the box and rock ‘n’ roll is N.W.A.”

Eve and Regina Hall happily strike a pose on the red carpet while attending the premiere of their latest film Barbershop: The Next Cut held at the TCL Chinese Theatre on Wednesday (April 6) in Hollywood.

The two ladies were joined by their co-stars Ice Cube, Anthony Anderson, Common, Lamorne Morris and Eve‘s husband Maximillion Cooper, as well as Mel B and her hubby Stephen Belafonte, Niecy Nash, Vivica A. Fox, Jermaine Dupri, and New Girl star Max Greenfield.

Also in attendance to show their support was hosts of The Real talk show Tamar Braxton, Adrienne Bailon, Tamera Mowry, Loni Love and Jeannie Mai.

Nicki Minaj waves to the audience as she walks on stage for her appearance on The Ellen Show airing on Thursday (April 7) from Los Angeles.

The 33-year-old rapper was asked about her reported engagement to Meek Mill.

“That’s not my engagement ring though,” Nicki said. “He said that that’s my second ring and that if I get a third ring that that would be the engagement ring.”

She added, “Ya know, I don’t know. We’re still figuring each other out. And in fact, I don’t even want to say that I’m in a relationship anymore because I think when people hear that they go to like the mean place and try to like, not you though. I love you to death.”

The night before, Nicki hit the red carpet at the premiere of her movie Barbershop: The Next Cut with Anthony Anderson, Max Greenfield, Common, Ice Cube, Niecy Nash, and more at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
