Hailee Steinfeld hits the black carpet at the premiere of her new movie Bumblebee held at TCL Chinese Theatre on Sunday (December 9) in Hollywood.

The 21-year-old actress was joined by her co-stars John Cena, Megyn Price, John Ortiz, Gracie Dzienny, Jorge Lendeborg Jr, Jason Drucker, Pamela Adlon, and producer Michael Bay.

Also in attendance were transformer voice actors Angela Bassett, Justin Theroux, Dylan O’Brien, and Peter Cullen.

Bumblebee hits theaters on December 21st, just in time before Christmas!

FYI: Angela is wearing an Alberta Ferretti dress, an Emm Kuo clutch, and Hearts on Fire jewelry. Hailee is wearing a Balmain dress, Alexander Vauthier shoes, and Repossi jewelry. Gracie is wearing Anabela Chan earrings and Kallati rings.

A new trailer of the upcoming movie Bumblebee has been released and it features star Hailee Steinfeld in action alongside the transformer!

Bumblebee is a prequel to the Transformers franchise. It takes place in the year 1987 and Bumblebee finds refuge in a junkyard in a small Californian beach town. Charlie (Steinfeld), on the cusp of turning 18 and trying to find her place in the world, discovers Bumblebee, battle-scarred and broken. When Charlie revives him, she quickly learns this is no ordinary, yellow VW bug.

John Cena, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., John Ortiz, Jason Drucker, Pamela Adlon, and Stephen Schneider all star in the movie as well.

The upcoming Transformers spinoff Bumblebee is coming together.

According to THR, Paramount just cast a bunch of young actors, including Diary of a Wimpy Kid‘s Jason Drucker, Landline‘s Abby Quinn, Rio 2‘s Rachel Crow, Degrassi: Next Class‘s Ricardo Hoyos, and Zoo actress Gracie Dzienny.

In case you’re not familiar with the franchise, Bumblebee is the black and yellow Autobot in the other movies.

While plot details are being kept under wraps, sources tell the mag that it will be a prequel focused on Bumblebee’s life in the 80s.

The film will also star Hailee Steinfeld and Jorge Lendeborg Jr.
