Joan Cusack Cast as Julia Child in Upcoming HBO Max Drama

Joan Cusack is taking on the role of Julia Child in an upcoming series about the late chef.

The 56-year-old actress is reportedly in negotiations to be cast in the pilot for the scripted drama which will follow the life of Julia.

According to THR, the show is near a deal for a pilot order at HBO Max.

David Hyde Pierce is also in talks for a leading role.

Joan has several other projects in the works including holiday flicks Klaus and Let It Snow.

Brie Larson Directs & Stars in 'Unicorn Store' - Watch the Trailer!

Brie Larson is making her directorial debut!

The 29-year-old actress directs and stars in Unicorn Store, which hits Netflix on April 5.

The film also stars Samuel L. Jackson, Joan Cusack and Bradley Whitford.

Here’s a plot summary: Kit (Larson) is a lonely twenty-something dreamer who’s reluctant to leave the comforts of childhood and fully embrace adulthood. But when art school sends her packing, Kit is forced to move back home with her parents and take a temp job in a boring office. Just when she’s resolved to finally put her Care Bears aside and grow up, a mysterious salesman (Jackson) enters Kit’s life and offers to give her childlike heart its greatest desire. Larson’s directorial debut, with a script by Samantha McIntyre, is a love letter to everyone’s inner child, and a reminder that no dream is impossible.

'Toy Story 4' Trailer from Super Bowl 2019 - Watch Now!

One of the most exciting commercials that aired during the 2019 Super Bowl happened after the game ended!

A new look at the upcoming movie Toy Story 4 was shown and it marked the return of Bo Peep, who is voiced by Annie Potts.

The commercial also had some of the most beloved characters like Woody (Tom Hanks) and Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen).

The movie will be hitting theaters on June 21. Here’s the official synopsis: Woody (Hanks) has always been confident about his place in the world, and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. So when Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy, Forky (Tony Hale), declares himself as “trash” and not a toy, Woody takes it upon himself to show Forky why he should embrace being a toy. But when Bonnie takes the whole gang on her family’s road trip excursion, Woody ends up on an unexpected detour that includes a reunion with his long-lost friend Bo Peep (Potts). After years of being on her own, Bo’s adventurous spirit and life on the road belie her delicate porcelain exterior. As Woody and Bo realize they’re worlds apart when it comes to life as a toy, they soon come to find that’s the least of their worries.

'School of Rock' Cast - Where Are They Now?

It’s been 15 years since School of Rock premiered (feel old yet?) and became one of our all-time favorite family comedy movies.

The Richard Linklater-directed musical film tells the story of Dewey Finn (Jack Black), who, after being kicked out of his rock band, becomes a substitute teacher of an uptight elementary private school, only to try and turn them into a rock band.

The success of the movie – which earned Jack a Golden Globe nomination – has also led to an Andrew Lloyd Webber-composed Broadway musical adaptation in 2015, as well as a School of Rock TV series on Nickelodeon from 2016-18.

The very first footage from Toy Story 4 just debuted online!

Here’s a brief synopsis of the new Pixar film: Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called “Forky” to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy.

The movie features returning voice cast members including Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, and Joan Cusack, as Woody, Buzz, and Jessie, along with Don Rickles, Estelle Harris, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, Jeff Pidgeon, Blake Clark, and Tony Hale.

The film will be released on June 21, 2019.

Netflix's 'A Series of Unfortunate Events' - Meet the Cast!

The day has arrived and Netflix has released all of the episodes from A Series of Unfortunate Events season one.

Neil Patrick Harris stars in the series as Count Olaf and there are some more great actors featured in the cast.

Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events recounts the tragic tale of the Baudelaire orphans — Violet, Klaus, and Sunny – whose evil guardian Count Olaf will stop at nothing to get his hands on their inheritance. The siblings must outsmart Olaf at every turn, foiling his many devious plans and disguises, in order to discover clues to their parents’ mysterious death.

Amy Schumer and Goldie Hawn can now add Beyonce impersonators to their resumes.

On Friday (October 21), the 35-year-old actress and comedian took to Twitter to share a video of herself and Goldie getting down and dirty as they parody Beyonce‘s “Formation” video.
